Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Housing team, the Housing Manager will ensure the provision of high standards of service and a proactive housing service which delivers positive customer outcomes and satisfaction. Developing and driving a performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability and personal responsibility, the successful candidate will further our aims and objectives through the development and delivery of our housing strategy.
With direct experience of managing a team; delivering professional, responsive and high-quality housing services, the successful candidate will be performance driven and demonstrate a proactive approach. They will have knowledge of relevant housing legislation and a detailed understanding of welfare provision. Well-developed customer service and communication skills, coupled with the ability to liaise with tenants and a range of external stakeholders, and the capability to think strategically and act operationally are key attributes.
