Satisfaction Up Complaints Down

Our annual satisfaction figures for 2023/24 are now available showing a fall in the number of complaints and a rise in overall customer satisfaction.

Over the year there were 134 complaints recorded, a significant fall from 192 in 2022/23. Complaints were down in all categories (including repairs, property condition, estate management and staff service) while the average response time for a stage one complaint remained just under three days. 

Satisfaction levels increased to 88% (up from 83% the previous year).

Satisfaction figures come largely from digital surveys that we carry out throughout the year. If you receive a text or email from us, please take a couple of minutes to complete the short survey. It will help us improve the service we provide.
