Delivering More

As well as delivering high quality, affordable homes and a first class level of service, we are also doing our bit for sustainability and our local communities.

In 2016 we completed the restoration of a locally-important historic building, the Dalkeith Corn Exchange, bringing it back in to use for the first time in over a decade and making the public area available for community use.

We've also launched a number of projects aimed at helping both the planet and local people. These include Midlothian's first E-Car Club (which came to an end in October 2020) and a sustainable flooring initiative, reusing surplus-to-requirement carpet tiles from office refurbishment projects.
