How to Report a Repair
How to Make an FOI Request
Anyone can make a request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, but it must be in a permanent format, for example by letter or email.
When making a request you must state your full name and provide an email or contact address. To avoid any delay, you should make it clear what information you are requesting.
We already make a large amount of information available through our publication scheme, which can be found on this website.
Before requesting information, please look at the publication scheme to find out if the information is already available. Doing this is likely to be much quicker than submitting a formal information request.
If you wish to make a request you can contact anyone within the organisation, but it's likely to be quicker if you send an email to info@melville.org.uk.
We will acknowledge all requests and give an indication of timescales for our response.
