Its a lovely street and the neighbours are amazing. Only moving as i need an extra bedroom.

Looking for a 3 bed house or lower 4 in a block. Must have own private garden and the bigger the better. Mainly looking for easthouses and newtongrange for getting to my daughters school but mayfield and gorebridge possibly bonnyrigg would be considered. No wet rooms please as these would not be suitable.
