2 bedroom flat in Dalkeith (wester kippielaw) Very nice estate. Looking for an exchange for a 2/3 bed house with garden. My flat unfortunately doesn't have a garden which we really need for our 2 kids. My flat is fully decorated, 1st floor, great neighbours, great area for walking as there is a large wooded area and new battle golf course just a few minutes walk. Bus stop is 1 min walk. Dalkeith high street is 10 mins walk. Not looking for a house thats decorated or anything, I'd even take something that needs work done to it. Lost of parking spaces outside the property and is very cheap on electricity and gas. Would consider a 3 way swap as well
