New Rent Arrears Policy Consultation

We’re inviting all Melville tenants to share their views on our new draft Rent Arrears Policy.

This policy is an important part of how we support tenants to manage their rent, prevent arrears from building up, and ensure we can continue providing safe, high-quality homes and services for everyone. It also sets out how we will work with tenants who may be struggling, making sure support is fair, consistent, and accessible.

Your feedback will help us make sure the policy reflects the real experiences and needs of our tenants. We want to understand what works well, what could be improved, and how we can better support you if you ever face financial difficulties.
