Ironmills Developments Limited

Ironmills Developments Ltd (IDL) is a non-charitable, subsidiary company wholly-owned by Melville Housing Association.

IDL may undertake projects and activities of a commercial nature which Melville Housing Association, as a charity, is unable to carry out. IDL is an independent body with a separately constituted board of directors (see structure below).

Ironmills is registered with Money Shield, a client money protection (CMP) scheme which provides reimbursement to landlords, tenants and other clients should a Money Shield agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other funds.
