As part of a major IT upgrade at Melville we are in the process of making significant changes to our online tenant portal. While we do this we have had to temporarily disable access to Tenant Zone, our current portal.

The new tenant portal will be a big improvement and give you:

• access to your rent account in real time
• information on current and historic repairs
• important communications from Melville 

We apologise for any inconvenience while we're carrying out preparation work but the upgrade will definitely be worth it. We'll provide updates and further information over the coming weeks.
