We are in the process of making major changes to our online tenant portal. For most tenants this means that accounts might not update as often as they would normally but for some tenants you may not be able to access your account at all. 

The new tenant portal will be a big improvement and give you:

• access to your rent account in real time
• information on current and historic repairs
• important communications from Melville 

We apologise for any inconvenience while we're carrying out preparation work but the upgrade will definitely be worth it. We'll provide updates and further information over the coming weeks.
