Our comprehensive independent tenant satisfaction survey that we carry out every 3 years will be starting shortly and taking place throughout January and into February.

The survey gives us an idea of how we’re performing and areas that you’d like us to focus on, so it's really important we hear your views. The team from Research Resource will be going door-to-door and conducting interviews face-to-face to find out your views. Every interviewer will carry a letter of authorisation on Melville headed paper. You should always check if you're not sure about letting someone into your home. 

If you’re able, please take 10 minutes or so to answer their questions and help us improve our service to you. They plan on speaking to around 700 customers so if you would definitely like to be involved please let us know and we’ll arrange for you to be one of them. If you definitely DON’T want to be contacted, please also let us know.

The results will be out in the spring and we'll bring them to you then.
