Marlene joined Melville in 2017, originally as a member of our Property team, working to allocate empty homes. Marlene moved across to Housing in December 2020 and is now a full time housing officer.
"Moving from Property to Housing wasn't a big jump, and working in different areas of the organisation has given me a really good all round understanding of the needs of tenants. I already know the homes and many of our tenants and I'll do my best to help in any way I can."
