Services for Owners

We deliver services to homeowners in a number of areas. This is usually called factoring.

Our responsibilities are defined in the Deed of Conditions, but in a nutshell what we do is:

• Arrange and oversee the maintenance, general upkeep, repair and any improvements required to the communal areas of the property
• Carry out minor common repairs up to a fixed amount (£250) without contacting owners and get permission where larger common repairs are required
• Organise meetings when required, or as requested by an owner
• Send out invoices for work carried out and recover any debts
